Trees, the Violet Flame and Atlantis: Interview with Elisabeth Raud
Energy practitioner, forest therapy guide, teacher within the Violet Flame tradition of Saint Germain, and creator of an Atlantis oracle deck
As so often with beautiful people who cross my path, I had the joy of meeting Elisabeth through trees and through my forest therapy training. It therefore feels completely natural to introduce her on the blog today. She is a wonderful person, and I’m deeply grateful for her trust and friendship 🥰

Clotilde: Hello Elisabeth! I’m delighted to meet you again for this interview.
You live in Saint-Malo, Brittany, and you have many strings to your bow. Could you introduce yourself to our readers?
Elisabeth: Hello Clotilde,
With pleasure!
I’ve lived in Saint-Malo for a year now, after living in Normandy and then Ireland.
I worked as a nurse for 25 years and then as a school administrator for 15 years. They were very different worlds, but relationships with people were always central for me.
I feel that my mediumistic sensitivity and my relationship with magnetism and healing were always present, even before I fully recognised them.
Training and seminars in personal development and energy-based spiritual practices helped me refine those perceptions. I describe myself as clairvoyant and very sensitive.
Over time, my sense of a life mission became clearer.
I feel increasingly connected with beings of light and with the Divine, which I believe also lives within us. I accompany people who are looking for perspective on their path and who want to bring more energy and harmony into their lives. I try to work with love and kindness. I offer energy practices, including at a distance, within the spiritual framework I follow.
I’m also an author, card reader, creator of an oracle deck and now a forest therapy practitioner thanks to your training, which I warmly recommend.
The week with you and Sébastien was a revelation in my relationship with trees and nature. Since then, I’ve offered talks and workshops at fairs and in a shop in Saint-Malo.
C: How do trees and forest therapy fit into your practice and daily life?
E: I’m immersed in this world because I walk every day in the beautiful Parc de la Briantais and in other places according to my mood. These walks have become essential to my balance. I’ve also led talks and workshops on forest therapy, and I hope to organise walks in the park.
C: You teach within the Saint Germain tradition, especially the Violet Flame. For readers unfamiliar with it, how would you describe this spiritual practice?
E: I’m a Violet Flame teacher. Within my spiritual tradition, I understand the Violet Flame as a high vibrational frequency associated with the Ascended Master Saint Germain and with the transformation of difficult energy. I personally invoke this symbolism during supportive practices and magnetism sessions. I experience it as an alchemical image: transforming what feels heavy or negative into something lighter. These are spiritual beliefs and practices that are meaningful to me.
C: Tell us more about your beautiful Atlantis Oracle. How did the idea come to you? I have your deck myself and love its velvety blues and the gentle, powerful atmosphere it creates.
E: It is a subject I love. The idea came while I was living in Ireland, a place I personally associate with the mythic wisdom of Atlantis. I wrote the accompanying book around Atlantis, a legendary civilisation to which I feel spiritually connected. I researched its stories and characters and chose cards inspired by that symbolic world. For me, the oracle is a journey within personal development, a way of reflecting on one’s life path. I also see parallels between the story of Atlantis and the upheavals of our own era; that is part of my personal spiritual interpretation.
C: Two questions in one: which card is your favourite, and which tree would you choose to be reincarnated as? I know—these questions require some reflection 😂
E: Wow, okay! The card that moves me most is Transformation, with the butterfly. For me, upheaval can precede renewal and transformation, and the image is radiant. As for the tree, I would choose a maritime pine. I also love the linden, which I consider my birth tree, but conifers are magnificent and I adore their scent.
Here are a few of the beautiful cards…
A few cards from the Atlantis Oracle. Notice the atmosphere they create.
The rainbow, moon and Saint Germain cards even seemed to make my phone glitch while I was photographing them—one of those funny moments that fed the magic of the session!
C: A huge thank you for this interview, Elisabeth. I love seeing how former participants in the forest therapy training carry it into their own worlds. Thank you for your trust, your good humour, your kindness and your tenderness 🙏
